We present our findings and walk you through our service agreement. You review everything, ask questions, and decide whether to move forward. We collect the documentation needed for the claim.
Days 5 - 10Claim Filing
We prepare and file the legal claim with the appropriate court or county agency. This includes all required forms, supporting documents, and proof of eligibility. We handle every detail.
Days 10 - 20Funds Disbursed
Once the court or county approves the claim, funds are released. The timeline for disbursement depends on the jurisdiction. We keep you updated at every stage until the money reaches you.
